We have the right to refuse service to anybody. Please approach our space with respect.

Due to the energetic nature of your crystal jewelry, we do not accept returns, nor do we process refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, we can have a discussion to see what we can do to compensate.

Custom pieces will be done when the time aligns. Life happens and Original Goddess has a busy schedule that shifts daily - so we ask that if you place an request, please be patient with the completion.

For all sessions, there are forms needed to be filled out prior to us accepting it. Schedule is available as is with the link on the “Book a session” tab.

There is a $15.00 non-refundable deposit required to book a session. Even if you are booking during a time Original Goddess is offering sessions donation-based, you still need a deposit.

Your remaining balance is due 24 hours before your appointment slot.

If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment for your deposit to transfer it to another time slot.
